What to say? I'm 26 years old and pretty happy with my life at the moment. I have a job that I love and am also a full time student. I stay pretty busy so don't have as much time as I would like for meeting new people - I figured I'd give this method a try and see what happens. I've always been a bit of a tom boy; I love sports, drink beer and call people "Dude". That said, I am still a female through and through - I also love shopping, fashion and chick flicks (when I'm in the right mood). I'm a voracious reader, it's my favorite way to unwind. I especially enjoy curling up outdoors, in the sunshine, with a good book. I've found that there are few more relaxing ways to spend an afternoon. I have pretty eclectic tastes when it comes to music and movies. I like a lot of older punk music, like the Ramones and the Sex Pistols. I'm also a fan of Bob Marley, Dave Matthews, etc. I haven't found a ton of newer music that I like - most of the songs on my iPod are from the 90s or earlier. As for movies, anything with a sense of humor, especially ironic humor, is a winner in my book. I'm not sure exactly what I'm looking for on here. Like I said, I thought it might be a new way to meet people. I don't do the "bar scene" thing. I think a bar is a fine place to drink a beer and watch a game, but that's about it. So here I am...just seeing who's out there.
