ok i have a big question I'm currently on a diet , actually
i have been dieting since last summer I'm slowing losing
weight but the odd thing my breast are getting firmer I'm
not sure what is going on i ask my GP doc about it he has no clue
I'm healthy ok i eat a slim fast optima shake for breakfast
and 2 8oz glasses of water as much as i can drink , for lunch
