Update on the gym status: I have reachieved my past ease of pushing 60kg on most of the weight machines except the curls, I'm only now up to curling 30kg there. But I can press 60kg for around 4-5 sets of 10 now, which is pleasing. And I've been working out my abs hard with leg-raises and situps, and those muscles seem to be improving as well. Good times.
