Road-rage at Walmart

The other day at Walmart I was loading my car and I heard all of this honking and yelling. I never saw the offense that supposedly occurred, but as the truck rounded the aisle I was parked on the thing that surprised me was that it was the gentleman PASSENGER that was hanging out the window waving his fist and yelling obscenities saying that he hates it when people do that.

Are we that stressed as a society that even passengers get road-rage? How can we distress a bit better?

Here are my vices for relieving stress...
- WINE (or Morgan and coke if the mood is right)

What are your stress relievers?

Stress there is something it would be nice to have a simple pill for, but we all know you find that vice and work through it on your own. For me: nagging little voices just the blue and some bubbles; travel to anywhere; jumping in the airplane and just heading somewhere; good wine; I would say sex, but as long as it has been for me, I am going to test that adage that says it's like riding a bike...we'll see.

Jamming on my keyboards.
Nine Inch Nails.
Ice Cream.
Milk and cookies ( and anything else I can dunk into the milk ).
And, of course, Sex.

Blogging, too, for sure.

To reduce stress I workout and listen to my IPOD. Country rocking music only, no depressing crooning. Cooking and drinking wine also helps. Fishing can work as well as long as the lake isnt crowded. Bear
