Online chicanery by gay men

Have any of you men here received messages from individuals whom you suspect are actually gay men masquerading as women? I certainly have, and I'm not talking about transvestites and transsexuals, either. (That's a whole other story, I'm sorry to say.) For me, it typically begins with a message from a person whose gender is listed as female on their profile with no pics attached neither to the message nor on the profile itself. The message usually contains nothing but some mindless ramblings about how that person loves your cock, wants to suck it, etc., and not much else. Another variation on this ruse is when a man contacts me and tells me about how his "wife" wants my cock.

When I reply back to such a message to ask about pics, I usually get the whole bullshit "I don't have a scanner" excuse or some other cop-out.

This is yet another reason why I wish profile pics were mandatory on this site. The internet has enough fraud and deceit as it is.

It hasn't happened to me but once and that person was polite and went away. His profile was a couple one.

I think the reason that my profile has received attention of this type only because my main profile photo displays my nude body and hung cock. I'm happy to say that I have not received any messages that raised my suspicions lately.

sexyfitwoman, the picture in this blog shows me giving a deep dicking, missionary style, to the wife of a couple I know from this site. Do you like it?

Yeah, that's scary!! Have heard alot about that, too. Why can't this site set the rule about this fraud thing? See below @ what you said:

"The internet has enough fraud and deceit as it is."

I rest my case, lol.

autumngirl61, I have copied and pasted the official response from this site regarding your concern over fraud below:

How do I know if the members on this site are not fake?

AdultFriendFinder only requires a valid email address in order to become a member of this site, as you will not be able to obtain your password without one. This means that should any member of the site be found guilty of abuse or harassing other members, we will have a lead in finding the person who is causing the problems; with the help of that member's ISP (Internet Service Provider), we can hopefully trace that person. Needless to say, such people will be permanently banned from membership on this site. However, our service is otherwise confidential. There is no way that we can do extensive background checks on members, and we expect you to understand that we cannot take responsibility for any pain, damage or suffering arising from your use of this site. Please use your common sense and be careful about giving out personal information to people you meet on this site.

If you feel that a member is using AdultFriendFinder for abusive or fraudulent purposes that are not in adherence with our Terms of Use, please email our Abuse Team their handle so that we may investigate.

Yeah, I see that now. Do you remember what happened to one guy who was too obsessed & harassed me enough to report a.f.f.? They didn't do anything much about that. He changed his handle, but a.f.f. didn't even bother to check his ISP, etc. What good does that to protect us, girls?

I hope a.f.f. staffs read this!
