Well it's day 1 of no pop. I haven't had a pop all day. It's 2:15pm. I'm gonna give myself a week and then I'm gonna start by walking everyday. I will also walk to work and back. I only live 1 block from where I work but I figure if I go for a walk in the morning and then walk to work at night that'll be a start on my exercise part of my weight loss.
I want to say again thanks for the support I'm getting from everyone.
