so rare

I made my way to the upstairs lobby and looked out on the street below while I waited for you to come down from your room. When I turned around, there you were, looking so much more handsome than your picture, but isn't that always the case? It has been for me.

Our eyes meet and our hands touch and as if it were a natural progression, our lips touch in a brief but lingering kiss that said so much more than "hello!" I was having a little trouble breathing.

We walked downstairs to the dining room, sat at the bar for a drink and "getting to know you" time before we sat down to dinner. Time flew by and we realized that our reservation time had come and gone, so we asked to be seated for dinner. We had a lovely table by the window away from everyone else. I wonder if you planned that or if it was just coincidental, but it was perfect!

I, too, don't remember much of the conversation, but the air around us positively crackled!! You asked me if it was possible to make love on the first date. I think I said I thought we already were doing so. If I didn't, I should have, because it was true.

You nibbled on my fingers, turning me into a puddle. I don't really remember much of my dinner other than the fact that I could NOT crack those lobster claws to save my soul!! Did we have dessert? I think we did, but I don't know what it was. I'm sure it was delicious, since everything was.

Four days later, I'm still breathless. I want to stay that way for a very long time.

If you are strong and push through the pain and the fear, you often find that happiness is waiting for you on the other side.

Your sensitivity shines through with your recounting of your meeting. Beauty, intelligence, a lovely smile. I am sure your "suitor" felt similarly about you. Good luck with your adventure.

totally worn out and screaming
"WOO HOO what a ride!" Have a wonderful day!

I hope you delete this one. Didn't know an other way to contact you until I pay up. The NSP group seem to be a nice group.
Am I too new, too old, or have too weird a sense of humor to fit in and be accepted. I may be to sensitive and misunderstand but I feel
something isn't right. Lack of comments and replies (not you) when I have posted something gives me the impresion there is an in group and the newbies who are told they are welcome and then ignored.
I should not have sent this, especialy directing this to you, the nicest of group. Maybe it didn't get to you, but when I had no reply pageing you on webcam I felt this way. I am sorry to bother you especialy in your time of esticy. Don't worry about me, just curious.

I don't know you well enough to give you much of an answer, but you should understand that I don't reply to anyone's pages when my webcam is on. I'm always in a chat room when it's on and I'm chatting with the folks in there, so please don't take it as a personal slight that I didn't reply to your page!

Nice, A bird with a belly full of butterflies. A beautifully done description also. I hope the feelings go on and on. You got me thinking of some similar times and events. I can not remember them ever ending though. Many of the people and places may be long past and far away now, but these relationships were all good and still pleasant. Hope that your walking on clouds experiences are as pleasant and also never end.

I'm not sure yet what I want from this. For now, I'm just savoring the newness and the rarity.
