Visited abroad?

I got in an arguement last night. Someone stated that American's think they do not need to travel to other countries, and the lack of exposure is what hurts the US's image throughout the world. So, How many of you have visited other countries?
I'm an American with bags packed, passport in hand, just waiting for an excuse to visit someplace!
I'm an American with a passport and I'm not afraid to use it when the right time comes.
I'm an American who does not need a passport, because my drivers license is enough to visit our bordering countries.
I'm an American and curious about what a passport is used for exactly?
I am from a country that requires it's people to carrry a passport with them at all times.
My country does not require passports to be issued and carried, but they are great to have anyway, just in case I need to travel
My country does not require passports to be issued and carried, and I see no reason to bother with them.

Not only visited. I've lived about half my life in other countries. And I'm a whopping 38.

So, you are either a "military brat" or your parents were engineering/construction types? Either way, I bet you have a fantastic world viewpoint.
