The Power of a Kiss

Have you ever had a kiss that you wished lasted forever? A kiss that you remember forever? Whether the relationship endured or not, just the kind of kiss that made you weak in your knees and sticks in your mind/heart/soul.

It seems that the value of a great kiss is under valued these days. There are two kisses in my life that I can recall and will never forget. The first was a first kiss of a special women in my life at the time- seems that the aniticpation of the kiss and then the fact that the kiss was a good as we both hoped. The second was from a woman that I valued more than life itself, the passion in her was briefly unleashed in her kiss and filled my heart like no other.

Some people just go for it, some learn to savour it and know it is the window to the passion in the soul. Do you go for it and give it your all from the get go, or do you test the softness of the lips, nibble on them just a little bit, barely line the lips with your tongue and slowly build to the full passion in you as your tongues touch?

How about the disappointment when you think you have had a great date, or night and are leading to something and then have a kiss from a dead fish, unresponsive or dominating the movemnts that you feel overwhelmed- does that change your perception of the person you are with?

So much can be told in how someone kisses and some go as far as saying if you can't kiss they want nothing to do with you....thankfully I have not been told that ever.

I personally will never forget those two kisses, especially the second one because when the passion in one's heart is shown- it is the ultimate feeling to be the recipient of it!

I'm curious what people think, would love to hear your thoughts.

thanks

I value touch very much and I value the kiss. Believing that there are as many kinds of kisses as their are love, a kiss can sometimes say everything or nothing at all.

Kiss Speak...a lost art....
Delighted to hear that it is not lost in your neck of
the woods, Sir... It is alive and well in mine... {=}

Just a little food for thought.............
If you really want to be happy, nobody can stop you...

Goddess,

You and I are definitely cut from similar clothes, I think the earth would quake if our passion was shared.... I personally give everything I can in a romantic kiss, I feel it is when i get to let my guard down and show feelings for my partner. Do you have a great kiss you remember recieving?

Do share with me that experience if you can, I would love to learn more. I have always been told I kiss well and passionately, but can't recall inspiring that kind of response before...although the kiss led to a few orgasms... Do tell, I'd love to hear about it.

Sircook,

WOW! What a great blog entry! I have had a few kisses like that that I remember. Like you, I love the kissing. I love the slow sensual kiss that slowly turns into pure passion. I remember several times my knees felt like they were going to give in and I would just fall right then and there. You know...along with your passion cooking theme...a good kiss often starts at a fine meal with the right ambience. I like the connection here. I might have to book a room at the passion grill.

Cheers, Sam

Sammi

You are so right about the ambiance and a great dinner can lead to a powerful kiss, the guard comes down and you give in to each other. We share the same sentiment my friend. Its interesting how certain things stick in your mind, and is amazing that an incredible kiss does it for me.

You're a good man Sammi, thanks for the comments.

The hardest kiss is the kiss goodbye. Not only is it full of all the passion that was the beginning but it also signfies the end. So sad.

so true, those kisses are also the ones you want you want everything you had to be bundles up into that kiss, that one last taste of that person you cared so much for.
