It don't get any better

Italian it was....and it was very good

Overall process took a little over two hours. Sauted tomatoes, onions, green chilles in olive oil, spiced with red, white, and plack crushed pepperrons (crushed) and ground nutmeg, for about ten minutes. Added some garlic. Then added a can of crushed tomatoes and onions, a jar of Ragu and a dozen or so meatballs and simmered for a little over an hour. Then I cooked up the three cheese Tortelinni and after twenty minutes of cooking I added to the still simmering sauce and contiued to cook the mixture for another twenty minutes. Keep in mind that during the simmering process, I added 48 ounces of water to keep the sauce at the right consistancy. Served with garlic bread.
