Ten things about me

1. I enjoy singing...not just singing, but performing. I like being “out there” kinda diva-ish and brazen, but that just covers my sweet sensitive side. Watch me sometime when my friend Clara is singing “Think of Me” or “My Immortal”.

2. I love to travel. Especially cruising. If someone came to me and said that I could be on a perpetual cruise for the rest of my life, I'd do it in a heartbeat. And who knows, maybe I'll be like that woman who cruises non-stop on the QEII.

3. I love chocolate. It’s the only thing I'm addicted to, though I do have control of my addiction these days. Really! I'm also allergic to it, and once, I tried to go cold turkey. I lasted a few months, then one day, some friends came to my door, threw large bags of plain and peanut M&M’s into the middle of my living room floor, then asked if it was now safe to come in. I was grateful for the intervention.

4. I don't like to drink to excess. I don't like seeing people who have been drinking to excess, unless they are silly. Loud, rude obnoxious...who needs it!??

5. I don't do drugs either. My reality is just fine...in fact, it’s weird enough for anyone.

6. I love my cats and they love me. Really they do...I have opposable thumbs, and I can open bags of kitty treats.

7. I don't like people who suffer from “My sword is bigger than your sword syndrome.” Some people are always bigger, badder, better, no matter what the subject under discussion is, and it drives me nuts.

8. I love to garden. Tombstone is not an easy place to do so, but I like the challenge, and I have done rather well with it.

9. I love my home. I am lucky enough to have the most beautiful home in my town, even though maintaining a 101 year old Victorian isn't the easiest thing in the world.

10. I try to enjoy the ride. Sometimes the ride isn't what I had planned, and sometimes it isn't enjoyable, but I try to find the good parts, and take what happiness I can from it.

Can I borrow your cat on the odd occasion?

Have you visited cochise stonghold? I volunteer to be your tour guide. I'm just about smack dab right there,i'm talking walking distance! I'm an Arizona transplant originally from Ohio. It sounds to me like you're an interesting person, maybe i'm interesting also. You never know. I have a very small( handful ) of people locally that are in my social circle. And i haven't started my Arizona travels yet.I am keeping my personal life uncluttered and would like to find someone who i can share myself with. Maybe it's you, i don't know. If you would be so kind as to e-mail me at billgardners at hotmail,i would be greatful. Until then.
