Father's Day...

I know one of the hardest things for me to do is to go out and find the perfect gift... for anyone! It isn't that I dislike shopping. I kinda like it... sometimes. And some of you may feel the same way as I do.

So, may I make a suggestion? This year, if you're going to buy him a shirt... get him one that he'll really appreciate. Buy him a "Dry Release" type shirt. These shirts are by far the coolest (both temperature wise and the way they look) shirts that have ever been made. I'll "Never" wear another cotton polo shirt again.

These shirts keep moisture away from the body, while keeping the body comfortable. I've worn several dark blue, black, and even mock turtle neck style shirts made this way in 90 plus degree weather, and was very comfortable in it. The heat just doesn't bother you! And they really look good.

Check the better men's stores, or drop by a local golf pro shop to find them. They may be a little pricey... but they are well worth it.

(Now that I've paid for my space here in blogland with my paid advertisement here, I'll wish all of you a fabulous weekend. And yep, as always... I'm at work!!!) Hug, unlisted

9AM on Saturday morning and I've already learned something new. I went and did a Google search to see what this Dry Release fabric is all about. 85% Polyester and 15% cotton, sounds like a great fabric, I hate it when a tee shirt or Polo sticks to me because of the perspiration. Thanks for the tip... now let me see if it's not too late to plant some seeds for Father's Day gifts.

Hope that you don't have to work too hard and too long on this beautiful Saturday. As for me and my wife, we are off to as Pig Pickin!

bought my son a tee shirt(he'll be Dad in August)--it has words on it-like your wallet is now open etc: not those words but the jest of it-and a amusing book with sayings of a child about their "Dad"

Don't worry, be Happy

Va... good luck with the hints. These shirts really feel like you aren't wearing anything at all. And the Ashworth and the Cutter and Buck mock turtle necks, look great under a sports coat, also. Perhaps she'll get the hint.

free... welcome to my blog. I hope you enjoy it here and want to come back. You're free to do so anytime. I'm always glad to have new friends stopping in. That sounds like a perfect gift for the dad to be. unlisted
