What a week!

Hey, OMG....

It was definately an interesting week last week...

* Shelter work was busy (I was wondering if the full moon was really out there, but only the clouds were covering the other portion of it); however, the drama was minimized at the shelter this past week in spite of a lot of new women and children entering the shelter this week.....

* School - a break from it this week - yea!!!!

* Security - 3 nights in a row was tough...especially when going to the Merchanising directly in between two of those nights.

* Merchandising - boss lady gave me another store this week to do in the future, as well as a special project next weekend that will entail making $400 in 24 hrs -- oh, yeah, baby!!! lol....

* Co-worker obsessive love - I confronted my boss that the coworker that he thought was "cute" because he was liking me some was going a bit too far. Boss man asked what did I mean.... and I explained that (1) D wanted me to be his best friend (okay, but...) (2) D wanted to hold my hand, (3) D wanted to steal kisses from me when others weren't looking, (4) trying to make plans for a movie and dinner date, (5) and mentioned that, if we started to seriously date, he would be willing to quit the security company. I had no idea that being his "best friend" equated to all the rest!! He said, "Oh!" after getting an earful ...and just before D entered into the office. I excused myself and headed on to another date I honestly had.

* Date - A wonderful Australian man came 1200 miles (he lives in California) to visit me Friday night and throughout Saturday. We had a great time and we will probably remain travelling buddies, although the romantic interest didn't seem to be there as much as we desired it to; however, his kisses are one of the most passionate kisses I have ever kissed and I was swept away by his passionate kiss at the end of Friday evening. We had dinner at Serranos (downtown) on Friday after a visit to the Capitol and a brief tour of Austin....attended an officer retreat that I was obligated to go to on Saturday, as well as went up on Mt. Bonnell, visited Waterloo Records and Icehouse, Book People, had dinner with my daughter at Kobe Japanese Steakhouse, and a visit to the fountains at Arboreteum. We tried to keep it simple and as pleasurable as possible.

The new week has already been initiated with my 24hr shift on Sunday...and I am heading to bed before beginning preparations for my security work tonight and merchandising work tomorrow day.

Be sure to keep me posted with what is happenning with you and your lives.....

Talk to you more later....

Love to you all....

CookieLips2 - I would like to know too!!! At this time, he is STILL pursuing me....

I worry that it might lead to some sort of fatal attraction thing if he isn't put to a stop soon. Hopefully, not; however, anything is possible when they are this persistent.

alice593 - I really did have a great time with the guy. My boss, I think, hasn't said much to D just yet b/c D is still contacting me via radio to "check on me" and tells me that he misses me....

Whew, what a week! Glad to see that you tried to get "D" handled at the office. We would all like to know what the follow up is going to be on this.

Well you need some kind of break, even if it was from school. Glad you had an enjoyable time with the guy. It sounds like a busy busy time coming up for you again. Hope your boss can do something with your co-worker.

lol... TJ, are you saying that I am cold as ice???? I sure hope that isn't what I am conveying to folks.... lol....

I, actually, have been playing tonight. My security boss gave me the night off tonight because the coworker's car is still not working and he couldn't run the areas he was supposed to b/c he had no vehicle, so he is working my post tonight. That is okay by me... that way, I don't have to encounter him directly for a few days more, although he keeps radioing me about this and that. I am cutting him short on the conversation...but, he is taking no clue. Auggghhhh.....

Well, in the meantime, I am definately enjoying my night off tonight. I have a very busy day ahead of me tomorrow indeed!!!

Have I mentioned how much I like that picture of your eyes? Blue, like the icewater in your veins.

Wow! You had a very busy week! Hope you get some good rest soon. I'm looking forward to seeing how things go about the coworker.
