OH MY GOD! I AM SO F*CKING ANGRY!


I was sent down to London today to do a stupid, valueless presentation that I didn't want to do. Today is the last day before a holiday weekend so here was me hoping to get back home at reasonable time, but the London trip puts paid to that.

Of course everything went to rat shit throughout the day which meant I missed the (earlier) train that I wanted. So I took the next one which meant waiting around for another 30 mins.

Then the train manager can't be arsed to turn up on time and is 25 minutes late - so I'm f*&@ing boiling by that point.

I ask to speak to the manager for some sort of explanation as I have now missed my connecting train due to him not being bothered to turn up on time.

I get no reasonable explaination - I keep my cool and politely ask what he is going to do about it, at which point he starts getting defensive and telling me to calm down. He has NO idea what calm is, I was super mutha f$ckin' cool and calm tone - but he has blown it now.

I then ask him what he is going to make things up. He says its not his fault, my temperature rose but I didn't bite. I said that I was not accusing him that it was his fault (though it clearly was) I was asking what he - the train manager, most senior person who is accountable for the service) was going to do.

He then starts getting all shitty with me saying that there's nothing he can do dah dah dah dah

I can't write any more I am so f*cking livid. I tell you one thing I will now not be home until around 22:00, having wasted my entire twatting evening on a f%cking train.

Oh yes and to put the icing on the cake, I bought a first class ticket for a guzillion pounds - which basically means I have a 50% chance (as opposed to a 10% chance) of getting a seat and I get a drink and a snack. But wait for it....

BECAUSE THEY HAD TO [COLOR red]*RUSH*[/COLOR] TO GET THE TRAIN READY THEY ARE UNDERSTOCKED AND THERE WILL BE NO DINKS SERVICE TONIGHT.

F#CK YOU VERY MUCH VIRGIN TRAINS!

I am in a similar situation as far as being angry. I just got off the phone with the 'Customer Service' department (they sure have balls putting the word 'customer' in there considering they don't give 2 cents about their customers) of GMAC and I am so mad I can't see straight.

They are so apathetic to any situation it just makes a person want to cry...or knock someone out for sure. They are worthless monkeys when it comes to actually helping someone. They can get all sarcastic and hateful all they want, but if you do, they are ready with the 'calm down ma'am' routine. They conveniently have that part down pat.

FUCKERS!


I'm not as calm, cool, and collected as you, obviously! I just went ahead and spelled out the whole word without using symbols in place of letters...hehe!

OMG! I'm soooo sorry! I actually love monkeys! I promise I do! I don't know why I would compare sweet monkeys to those asses at GMAC!
