Jogging... holy shit.

I'm an avid biker. I go out at least 2-3 times a week for 2 or 3 hour rides and I go hard. Today I started jogging for some alternate fitness. I'm going for the toned look with great definition. Well I knew I would be using new muscle groups in new ways... I had no idea my legs would feel so drained. Don't get be wrong I went out for an hour and I'm not a slow runner. Feels good though, "FEEL THE BURN OOOOOOOOOOOOO" haha. I'm going to go jogging every other day, or so I plan, and riding when I feel like some excitement in between. I'm heading down to the Running Room now to see about clinics and workshops as I'm hoping to be ready for some intense biathlons. W00T go me! I'm bound and determined. I may be a slight of build guy, but all I've got is hard already. Time to burn away the excess and go at it!
