Diet is......

A four letter word!

So, dearest fans, I've been doing more than just probing the secrets of your deepests blogs, I've been power dieting, and I've learned something....
Dieting sucks major fucking dongus!
First of all, I don't know about any of y'all but I seem to have an emotional attachment to food, on top of that i've noticed that my wierdest moods (like in the earlier posts) correspond with days when I was going for the deepest cuts in calories, today I took a break, and I'm coherent and fine two days ago I was doing a 1700 calorie day and I was wacko-bo-backo. around 1900 calories or less, the crazyness occurs, im stable around 2100 calories. Is this all psychosomatic?
Also, I started running yesterday to help lose the weight (my goal is to get down to 200 lbs by summer) and met the most beautiful (looks to be three year old) chocolate lab, that now follows me for about a mile of my jog. I have some pictures I'm trying to get off my camara phone. What a beautiful dog. Makes me miss having a home, makes me miss everything, in his deep amber eyes I see all the love and posibilities that went awry in my wierd life. Like seeing a christmas tree through a house window, from the street, when walking around homeless through the city.

You know what "diet" is, don't you... it's DIE with a T attached, that's what it is.

Are you getting enough protein? I´ve noticed that when my protein intake goes down I get really cranky.

I love my dog, even though I'm a cat person. Unconditional love is hard to find...

Yeah its a shame, I think dogs know how to truly love better than ppl.

Yeah Im protien loading, my diet consists of lean meat, tuna and turkey chicken some lean ham.
im watching protien cuz im trying to put on muscle to burn fat. getting muscle back on has been the hardest part so far (aside from not freakin eatin at meal time)

sexyfit women, I am a 6'2" 230 lbs dude; you look to be about 5'8" and 130 lbs tops. so it is no wonder that your daily callories would be substantially lower. The fact that you can stay so fit in spite of eating that much is probably because you have focused on exercise and you probably watch fats and sugars too (im guessing) well let me know if I guessed any of that right, also I am going to check out you blog to see what your secrets are.... (if they arent posted yet, ild love to know em)
