I've learned...

From my own personal experience I've learned that:

If someone is capable, they do...
If someone isn't capable, they talk a lot about how capable they are.

This is sometimes amazing. Out of a hundred people you'll find one or two who are actually good at something but spend little time talking about how good they are at doing it. The rest of the crowd is busy making noise about how great they are but rarely come through with what they say they are capable of doing. They're all talk.

You'll find a lot of that on this site. Tons of people talking about how great they are. Yet you read blogs from someone who's tried to meet one of these and find that the blogger was always let down in some way or another. In some cases the braggart didn't even show up for a meeting.

That's online life for you. Too easy to sit behind a computer and be something you're not. Still, I think I've actually met many great people on this site as well.

I believe I have too... sort of. There's a beautiful woman/couple who goes by "pussinboots4u" who's really cool. I was thinking about a lot of different people when I wrote this. I get a lot of it in my daily life, especially when dealing with models who think they're detine for greatness and then don't bother responding to messages or showing up for photo shoots. It seems these type of people come out most often when my money is involved.

awwwwwwwwwwww, that's sweet!

Actually, in regards to the models, it's rude and I don't care what field you're in - it's unproffessional. I can't imagine that they would get very far with this sort of behavior, unless they've allready become sought after, I couldn't imagine this being acceptable. Then again, I don't have much experience with models on a proffessional level.
