I don't get the point of them. You go into this super fucking hot room, and it seems all right for a couple minutes, but then it gets to hot and you have to leave. I don't really want to spend all my time in a room that makes me uncomfortably hot! I guess people try to loose weight by sitting in them for a long time, but that doesn't seem particularly healthy. Well, that's the blog for today, not the most fascinating thing, but give me a break it's my first try! Hopefully I'll be able to regale you with fascinating and possiblely humourous stories in the future. (Although poorly writen snoozefests would probably be the safer bet.)

I like using a sauna.

You dont lose weight in a sauna, you would need to be in there for hours & its only water anyway that youre sweating out isnt it.

I use the sauna after ive had a workout as it allows my muscles to relax, as does the jacuzzi.

It also helps clear out any impurities in my skin (grime from the day etc).

I love saunas & wish i had one at home.
