Psychology of a Blog

Wow... ok so how does one actually promote their blog? I have thoughts going off left and right, and I realized today what a blog is. It ain't really a diary.... it's a screaming need to have a pen pal. and since I don't have a pen pal and I like to break English rules by starting sentences with the word "and". Then making them into sentence fragments. Well I have a blog now don't I.

But that does beg the question, which I'm sure has been asked the world over, "What sense does a blog make if no one is there to read it?" Kinda like the old "tree fell in the woods and a bear was taking a piss would a mouse drown in it's puddle?" - type question.

Well I figure whilest I formulate a plan here I might as well give some future interested party something to read. Oh, I don't want to put too much in here about my writing style or what I might write to lure some unsuspecting female to fall in lust (gasp 'love'!) with me... but I probably should discuss all those sexual ventures in the past and the ones I plan in the future.

Hmmmm.... What do you think old tree? Bear? Mouse? Here... grab onto this.

Very well put. I think maybe the big question, however, how do you get response from a blog? You have already promoted it by writing it. So if this is your only response, then here is your proof. (and probably not very gratifying.?.) In which case, a pen pal would probably serve to be more satisfying. So maybe the question should actually I need to simply make a statement or do I need communication or feedback? Just my opinion from my experience. Good luck
