This is an old Indian tale...

One day a beautiful indian maiden was beginning a journey up a steep mountain...when she came to the foot of the mountain to begin her journey she came face to face with a huge and loud tail shaking rattlesnake.
"Pretty maiden"he slyly speaks...pick me up and take me to the top of the mountain with you ...you sweet ,pretty thing"
The maiden is shocked and looks right at him ...sees that he is a rattlesnake ...he cannot fool her ..with his slick talk ..his long tongue flicking in and out trying to tempt her...she is not stupid.
"But you are a rattlesnake..you will bite me if I pick you up and take you to the top of the mountain"...The sweet, innocent, trusting indian maiden tells him straight up.
" No way babe...I ain't gonna do that after you are so sweet as to carry me all the way up there ...are you crazy????...Who would be that mean to another person..TRUST ME..."
So being the kind ,sweet person she is she picks him up and begins the trek up the mountain .It was cold and long ..but she was determined and they made it.
She unbundles the wrap and places him before her ..he strikes her and bites her ...as the poison enters her body and her eyes glaze and she hears his rattlers ....she whispers ..."WHY"
He says "You knew what I was when you picked me up!!!!!"

I myself have hooked up with a person I knew good and well I had no damn business being around ...and as soon as I meet them I should have run like hell ...but I didn't.No like a moth to a flame I went right on ...It was like the best time of my life and the worst time too.
Any of you had any rattlesnake bites so to say?????

When someone comes along, gonna give ya some love and affection,I say..Get it while ya can.

there are always rattle snake bites....it is how we learn to recognise them well more so to avoid them when we recognise them...

Yes, I too have experienced that. I had met what I thought was my "true love". When we first started dating, I was very cautious, never wanting to say "I Love You". I finally gave and we had, what I thought was, the perfect relationship. I was so in love with him, gave him all of my heart. We had been together a year when I discovered that he was not only with me but about 5 other women. He went on to tell me that when I would be talking to him on the phone, he would be "getting head" from another women. Now for the hard part. We have been broke up for 8 months now. We still talk, almost daily. I still have feelings for him and he tells me he has feelings for me. Why do I feel this way? He wants to meet, as I have not seen him in the 8 months (due to me being scared of being hurt again). But, he tells me how much he misses me, cares about me, etc. What is your opinion? mzhunyhole, you seem to understand a lot, any advice?

Yes I think we all have at one time or another, but then it takes a little rattle every now in life to learn to bite back.

There once was a woman that planned to have a baby from me, we discussed this and she got pregnant. Only problem was she was still running the streets all night and I had stopped. Drinking while she was pregnent led to a miscariage. I got rid of her cause she knew better! but I came back to her months later only to realize she's too immature and I left again, knowing if she was to say come..I'd be right there. HEr VENON was LETHAL!

My first was a young snake... my father warned me, and adult friends warned me, but I knew better, oh yes. And a skinny little snake was he - I had NO idea what I was missing back then. He taught me a few good things - how to give good attention to hands, other "innocent" moves that could be done in public. I still remember his fingers on my hands - oh, how he made me feel.

He couldn't cum drunk, and was alwasy drunk when we were together - to get me drunk, too, I'm sure. I was so young, never enjoyed myself, and got away from him early. But you never forget your snakebites.

You gotta suck the venom out before they can strike
