In rememberance of 9/11

It's hard to think that so many people still think that terrorist are not capable of doing what they did on September 11, 2001.

At seventeen I entered into the US Military back in the early 70's. The events of 9/11 has taken a huge toll on many Veterans, including myself, knowing that our homeland was attacked. Not by a nation, but by a group of terrorists.

So many of us have seen our loved ones including our children shipped off to fight a terrorist's war. They are not out there fighting another soldier, they're out there fighting a terrorist.

During 9/11 many people from all over our beautiful nation came together to help support the families of the victims of 9/11.

It gives me a sense of pride to be an American and see that when our nation needed us the most, we rose above and came together and showed that we are a nation UNITED. And UNITED we will stand.
