Sense and Sensuality

One thing that tends to get lost on this site with the preponderance of cold full frontal nudity is that sex is as much a sensual act as a physical one.

In the same way that the book is always better than the movie so to does love making beats sex as the imagination is involved.

Don't get sensual mixed up with soft, it doesn't all mean candle lights, silk and scent, anyone who has read the Story of 'O' will no doubt agree sensuality and eroticism can come in many different forms, a tear of pain can be as erotic as a cry of ecstasy.

Just as not every meal is at Gaddi's and what would the world be without McDonalds, so to sex is infinitely varied and with our hectic lives and busy schedules we may not always have the time for a three course meal but here is to erotic not porn, to love making not sex, to sensual not physical.

As I have noted before I have seen the profiles that say "were hot, don't contact unless u r 2" or "she is stunningly attractive" but it is very rare to come across ones that say "we are sensual don't contact us unless u r 2" or "she is stunningly erotic".

So finally to add a grain of sand to the other side of the scales let me say unless the words sensual or erotic are a part of your vocabulary please don't contact me.

lagano, well said and am in total agreement. But I guess there are times for sensuality, and there is a time for just, well, umm, sex. Both have to be in my imagination only, it seems. I guess for me the ideal would be to be in a relationship where you could mix the two according to mood. It is a nice part of life, if you can get it. Sense, well I seem to have lacked a fair bit of that and paying the price for my naivety!

Nice post and thanks for sharing

Thanks ella for your comments.

You are right, of course there is room for both junk food and haute cuisine within our lives, there are times we want one and times we want the other, as long as we get the right balance then both simply add color to our lives.
