To all the couch potatoes that are afraid that aging will affect their physical performance...

I am 24 and never felt so young in my life...

I find that with age and experience came an open-mindedness that I lacked before, but thats another topic better left for another time...

Body-wise, I am more in shape than I ever was before in my life as I train more.

Actually, I know a bunch of people in their 40ies and 50ies that are in better shape than everyone that I know that are in their 20ies...

People in their 20ies are so scared of entering their 30/40ies, but what is there to fear exactly when physical training matters more than age for physical fitness?

All those youngsters that are couch potatoes are afraid to lose their physical edge as they grow older and yet they don't even try to reach half their physical potential right now...

What are they so scared of losing exactly?

See a contradiction?
