The Purpose

I am a firm believer that everything has purpose and meaning. There are no coincidences. Things happen for a reason. People enter our lives with purpose. No matter the length of time, or the depth of the encounter, all has meaning.

Then, I struggle with certain encounters.
What is the purpose of a brief moment shared taht leaves you wanting more only to end abruptly?

There are many other happenings in life that seem to have no purpose. Looking back, perhaps, the lesson learned will become obvious.

I truely beleive you hit the bullseye with your purpose. Many of the lessons Ive learned come hard, but have made me a better person..It took quite a while to see that, but nice to see others share the same experience....Point is, one should never stop learning, pretty much Life is a work in thinks

We don’t deal the cards, we play the hand! The key is just how well you play each and every card dealt. When all is said and done and you reflect back upon the experiences of your life, who are you; A Teacher, A Leader or A Follower? Apply all that is learned, so as to lessen the possibility of repeating what has been most painful and in the end...N L T M F G Y D!

I agree entirely. As I'm fond of saying, almost every experience becomes valuable... if you learn from it. *smiling*

Emmie, things do have a rational, the purpose perhaps to find that reason. I like to make it simply, spread the luck and love.

Thank you all for the great answers!
Awaiting for destiny to catch up with desires,
THe patience that is my life lesson
Eludes me from time to time.
To sit back, wait,
Is not my nature.
