I read an interesting blog yesterday about the need to feel and understand other people’s problems. I knew almost immediately that the writer was struggling with an inner battle to find solutions to other people’s problems which in reality, and most of us could easily answer, is a futile exercise.

The solution : There is none. Period.

Life’s too complicated for us to try and understand everything that happens around us. Trying to rationalize things only piles on reasons and thoughts that burden an already taxed mind. So why do we do it? Its like sex, the more you think about it, the less likely you’d perform better. Life is easy if we find simple solutions to things. Why write a paragraph when you can say it in sentence.

The workings of the human mind is a complex one indeed, don't you agree?
