I have done something....

...bad to my back. It's fucking killing me. I was told to either stand or lay down, but to not sit. So, I'm standing now.

I took a muscle relaxer last night, but it didn't make the pain go away..just kinda knocked me out, but I still felt that burn in my lower right back. It's almost like it starts in my right cheek, but just keeps creeping up. Could this be sciatica ?(spelling is wrong, I know..)

My day off, and I have so much crap to do, but I can't move very well.

And no money for doctor's. None.

So, I'm not flaking out, I just can't sit for too long.

Forgive me. Help me. Tell me what's wrong with me...

it could be your sciatica.. Here is something for you to try.. Lay on the floor, Bend your knees with your feet flat on the floor, Put your right leg across your left knee and then pull up on your left leg till you feel the stretch. Do this several times and then switch sides. hold it for like 5 to 10 seconds each time. It will help stretch the muscle and perhaps lesson the pain.. Let me know if it helps and I can send you some other exercises to do as well. I had major problems with mine a few years ago and did some physical therapy.

Muscle relaxers did nothing for me either, must made me drousy as hell.

Hopefully it will work for you...

_____Try 250 mgs. of acetominiphen, 250 mgs. of asprin and caffeen. Ive been told that the lower dosages in combination work better than taking more.

...it's not sciatica, that nerve would give you an almost phantom pain down your leg, not up your back...you probably wrenched a muscle in your butt and lower back, and as time goes by it will go up your back as your body compensates when you sit, walk, etc.

Uh, depending what et cetera is... I'll also volunteer to come give you a nice massage...

I second that it's probably not sciatica, when I had that it ran down my leg. WebMd has a pretty thourgh overview of back pain. Go to the front page, look for the "top 12 health topics" box. Back pain was #5 when I looked at it.

Could be a slipped disk, especially if pain in is 1 side. Hope you are better by now.
