Unsafe Sex... (your input appreciated here)

Another blogger jogged a memory I still wonder about when I think of it.

Now, outside of a LTR, I always use a condom for intercourse. Always have, and have never had an STD other than a case of the crabbies a GF gave me in college after cheating on me. (But that's what college was about, wasn't it; economic and political theory, matrix algebra, beer, and infidelity?)

However, when I was about 25, I briefly dated a 37 year old woman. Of course I thought the whole thing was great... what 25 year old wouldn't be psyched about being a hot older woman's boy toy?

Problem was, everytime we had sex, I would start to put the condom on and she would argue with me... things like, "Oh, come on lover, we don't need that."

As time went on, she became more insistent about this, she clearly did not like condoms at all, and I gotta admit, it played no small role in my deciding to stop seeing her.

Question: Why the bloody hell would she do this? Guys complain about the sensitity issue, among others; but from a woman's POV, what's not to like about condoms?!?

Today's soundtrack: Queen; yesterday's ended up being Ministry with some 80s synth-pop thrown in to lighten things.

I always insist on them too, but I am no fan of them: for one thing, after wearing a condom cocks taste horrid and for another you can't feel the man cumming inside you.

I just hate the barrier and the feel of latex instead of skin - I like the feel of cum squirting inside me - and I won't do blowjobs with one. No pleasure for me OR him. What's the point?

I'm usually with younger men - and they don't seem to grasp the disease risk - they think because I'm older and I can't get pregnant, that we don't need one. Uh......NO. No penetration anywhere without it until I see your test results. Getting mine redone next week.

Thank you all for your comments. This common theme of feeling your partner come inside you is a little surprising, and a bit sexy

I do agree with the rest about the feeling a guy cumming.. It has its own little thrill. But still its better safe than sorry. I have had way too many guys tryy the everything to keep from having to wear one. I know GB cple wrote some of the excuses and possible responses in their blog and I have heard everyone but the I'm allergic to Latex as yet. I already know the anwser to that on. Luckily I came across a guy recently that had no condoms on him (sadly) I did not have mine in my purse) But when I mentioned them he just asked me if I might perfer him wearing them and I said yes so he stopped. I had a long fustratting drive home but at least I didn't get anything that I might pass on. Guru, can you get the latex free at the grocery stores? I am gonna go get some for my purse so this won't be a problem again. And if I have the latex free I will at least know that argument won't work and if they push I can just leave. Thanks hun hugs.....

You can get them at any grocery store here in NY, but GA? ATL? Kroger? I dunno.

If Kroger doesn't have 'em, you can always get them through condomania, followed by the popular COMmercial suffix.

I hate the smell of latex, which is why I prefer flavored condoms. It also doesn't quite feel the same during penetration, and I'm with the others on the enjoyment of feeling my partner fill me wih his cum. Not that it matters when you don't have a partner...*sigh*

“Question: Why the bloody hell would she do this? Guys complain about the sensitity issue, among others; but from a woman's POV, what's not to like about condoms?!?”

My Point of view, I as well do not understand why some women or men, choose to play Russian roulette when it comes to not using condoms, typically I require the use of them, getting pregnant is the least of my concerns these days. It is the possible loss of your life, that concerns me, as much for my partner as myself.

I had recently replied to a magazine post here on AdultFriendFinder where I guy stated proudly that he always pulls out, and another high fivin nitwit, said the same. I think this is a very disturbing commentary for our times.
