So far I have posted what I hope are things to make you laugh.
Now I want you to think.
2 days ago I was in a chatroom when one of the people in there mention she was so lonely for HUMAN contact she could cry, it hurt that bad.
While everyone was blowing sunshine up her skirt, telling her everything will be alright (and they will be), I commented that WE ALL need that HUMAN contact, to re-affirm our own sense of humaness and self worth. One person actually told her to take comfort in TYPING to her friends here at AdultFriendFinder and then told me "Now is not the time, she feels low enough as it is."
Platitudes aside, sometimes we want our pain ACKNOWLEDGED for what it is by another person.
I know this pain very well, I live with it every single day and there are times it is unbearable. I had hoped that by telling her I KNOW what she feels she would take some strength from it. Instead I was berated and made to feel worse than I already do. So thank you to that person who berated have made me afraid to say anything in the chatroom now.
But remember people, sometimes we don't the psychobabble of the Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow....we want our pain acknowledged, we want to be held FOR REAL, then give the F*cking psychobabble.

Don't you know who he thinks he is?

Thank you for this post, Shy. I am in love with a woman whom I have never had the pleasure of touching, holding, caressing, loving- all the sensations that our bodies crave. On one hand, I want to remain true to her until we can be together. On the other hand, I see a sea of lonely hearts, and I want to make love to each and every one of those beautiful woman out there...
