Week 12 weight loss- Rolling, Rolling Rolling

Well I managed to lose one pound. Doesn't sound like much, but I am not frustrated from it.

Yesterday I tried on a shirt I bought a month ago that was one size to small. And it fit perfectly. Then I tried on a pair of winter work pants. Guess what all you wonderful kids, I will have to buy new ones cause I couldn't walk with them slipping down.

So I started at 263 and I'm now down to 238. That is 25 pounds. In the last 2 1/2 years I have dropped from a whopping 306 pounds. Man when I see pictures from those days I just shake my head.

I am considering buying the Bowflex machine to start a serious weight lifing programm. We'll see. I just would hate to go into debt. I've worked so hard to pay it all off, and now , my Idnetity Gaurd tells me I need to get into debt to raise my credit score??????

Seems to me walking, situps and push ups can do the same thing a $2500 machine can?

And I want to take a second to thank you guys for being so supportive. You really are beautiful people. All of you.

I wish I had your motivation ... I need to kick some weight off after the baby is born ... get back down to a normal weight routine again. But sometimes i get discouraged if I don't see results fast enough. I need a level of discipline like you've got.
Congrats. It's hard for me to imagine myself 68 pound lighter, I'm sure 2 1/2 years ago, you felt the same way. That is a huge amount of pride in the number. Way to go babe!

Oh sweetie, you so cute and sweet! Me !!! Disciplined!!!!

I'm about as disciplined as a junk yard dog. If I were I would have lost way more weight by now. But I do it the best I can.

The secret is diligence. And you don't beat yourself up when you fail. Any over night trick, is just that a trick. You may lose for a while, but it will come back big time.

It's all about knowing the value of the food you eat. It's really that simple. And once you get eating good, when you don't you will know it. I ate McDonalds the other night. Bought two 1/4 pounders. I ate 1/4 of the first burger before the salt over came me. Not to mention the grease in my mouth. I was about to puke. Really nasty shit. And this is a meal that was regular to me a few years ago. But now i will say that shit is nothing but poison.

Hmmmmm. Rico has an idea!!!! Dangerous shit
