Bam! Ideal target reached!

Ok, this is another in my series of completely lame Gym notes. So, I began this summer intent on whipping myself back into good shape. I wasn't in bad shape, but I knew I could be in better shape then I was. Walked in this summer at 5'9", 154. Walk out at 138!

I had someone ask me if I took pills or whatever. Hell no, I did this the old way: excercise. I booked a trainer at the gym and have pretty well stuck to it. Occassionally I eat more then I should, but I'm really getting th excercise in, and I'm pretty happy wiith how that's coming together. I've upped my run times, bench times, lift scores, and I just feel better. Hell, I need to take down pictures here and put up new ones because the best part is I have totally lost any gut and started to build some abs Now I just have to work on getting that TV commercial bit, but I figure that will take a few months.

I see a lot of guys at the gym who are -really- bulked up, and I honestly think to myself "steroids". And who wants that shit? I mean, come on, I want a good body, but taking drugs that shrink my penis? Yeah, no thanks, I'll pass on that one.
