Another Day, Another Post

Ok, I need your help. I need some advice on what to do. I got a call from another company to possibly set up another interview. I'm not sure I want to move from the company I work for or not. I like th epeople I work for, and they've put a lot of time in to training me. I'm finally to the point where I can be a productive member of the staff. The only reason I would leave is because they don't do what I like. I kinda enjoy it, a little bit, but it's not what I went to college for, and it's not what I wwant to do. But I feel bad about leaving because of the time that they've spent on training me. And they just bought a new computer for my use. So, if I would get offered a position that I really wanted, with comparable pay (probably better) what do I do? do I show loyalty to the company I work for, and spend another year there so they can get a return on their training investment? or do I leave them hanging out to dry? How much do I watch out for myself rather than watch out for others?

I would take the other position. If they could go without you and make more money, do you think they would keep you out of loyalty? I'd guess they wouldn't.

Besides, you should do what you WANT to do!
