I'm gonna get right to the point. I need a woman's perspective when it comes to this.

After having sex for a good part of the evening, I tend to get sore and dry. Yes, I use lubricant, yes, I'm relaxed and having a good time. I do Kegels multiple times, daily. My partner isn't an abusive person. I just get sore and I dont want him anywhere near my pussy at that point. I feel horrible about it, I know that he has to be frustrated about it.
Is there anything that I can do to keep from getting sore

I have to be gentle, slow I guess is more descriptive. I'm not a girl, but have caused it........9

The best way to prevent this is to mix a lot of foreplay into the sex. There's nothing more exciting to delay a man's orgasm by having him go down on you every so often as you're having sex. Also, he has to be gentle with the bulk of his thrusts....very few women can take a constant pounding without feeling pain afterwards.

LUBE,LOTS AND LOTS O'LUBE. My friend with benefits is a swamp when we start but after 10-15 min. she starts to dry out. A shot of Astroglide actually gets her producing again. Oh, and she loves the taste and uses it on me when giving me head and stroking with her hand. I guarantee you will love it. It's either that or find a 10second wonder with a small dick!
