Brain poison

What about Israel and Lebanon has anything to do with me? What about North Korea has anything to do with me? What about all the worlds tragedy's has anything to do with me? You know all that stuff is just brain poision don't you.. Brain poision you ask.. Hell yeah its information fed to us hour after hour, day after day from various media sources. Teen or violence in general is directly connected to all the justified violence thats been shown over the years in movies and such. Clint Eastwood killing every bad guy in his path was so cool to watch but what does kinda stuff do to the eyes and brain of a child. A child is taught violence and hate.

They were'nt born racists or bigots they were taught to be those things sometimes by parents and sometimes by broadcast media. If you live in a brain poisoned environment of violence for example it becomes the norm..Just like a child thats been abused by an adult, children can be abused by what they see with there eyes. Are you watching every little thing that seems to be going wrong with the world today on the television or listening to it on the radio or reading it in the news paper daily? Is it causing you unneeded stress to see these things everyday? I ask you why you expose yourself to brain poision such as this. Most of the world events have no impact on your life unless you allow them to right..

My advice is to turn off that trash and listen to some good music and spend time with true friends and loves and enjoy life to the fullest. Why waste your time stressing about what has nothing to do with your life or lifestyle? If you turn the world off isn't your world a much more peaceful place.. I thought so.

"If you turn the world off isn't your world a much more peaceful place.. " Very true and very nice to do every now and then.

I agree that social conditioning and what we expose ourselves to makes a huge difference in our perspectives. Very interesting post.
