I finally remembered my exercise routine when it came to my crunches and no wonder I was only able to do 45. I forgot that I use to break it up into 3 reps of 10, then I would do a different variation of crunches before I went back to my starting point. I am so proud of myself. This morning I did a total of 210 crunches in 3 variations (regular and legs turned to either side with back flat). I did 90 regular crunches. Breakfast today was a 1/2 grapefruit, 1/4 apple, 3 large strawberries and a glass of milk. I know a few of y'all are thinking that isn't much but for me it is a lot since I don't eat breakfast. The most I ever have in the morning is 3 cups of coffee or 2 cups of tea. Then last night I didn't eat dinner. I cooked; baked chicken breast and pasta with spinach, but I wasn't hungry at the time and I had a few things to do around the house and run an errand. So by the time I realized I still had not eaten it was 2am and too late to eat plus I still wasn't hungry. I blame it on Crispy cream. I ate one glaze donut, besides it tasting nasty it killed my appetite. Why does Crispy cream only taste good when I'm about to start my monthly?
Anyway I did 4 reps of 10 arm curls with 2lb weights and for cardio I danced to Stevie Wonder's Do I Do which is a little over 10 minutes long. So I am feeling extremely proud of myself cause I can't dance. I am one of those few black people who have no rhythm outside of the bed.
