A tiring and tiresome day at work .

Why do people get upset so
So easily excited when things go wrong `Oh No!'
It makes me anxious wondering why it should
I've yet to discover the reason behind this sickening mood.

And really if not for people who are calm
The world will surely hasten on in alarm
At every news and every word
Uttered in one's hys-teri-cal-ness.

I must withold this fear within
And listen, analyse what words mean
Ignore the feelings that ebb and flow
Within this person that's never bold.

I will assess the situation thus
Suppressing imaginary thoughts I must
To function well each day at work
Not losing my head or making outburst.

You see ...
I really believe there are very few things we need to be excited about at work
And health is more important than work
Believe !

Stay cool and calm.
Thats the way we should work and strive for good health... and then good wealth ...

Yah Serene Ann.
Many a times for me, it is a struggle because of my nature
OR should I say weakness all these years ...
Have been improving slowly.

Nowadays I recognise what is needful more sharply.
As mentioned I suppress that panic that rise up when someone talks loudly or anxiously - as if the sky have fallen ! - and in a steady tone - which does not reflect the inner turmoil stirred by the voice - I calm matters at hand.

Such a paradox occurs.
Innner anxiety, outer calm ( seemingly ).
Which must be so to remain sane and objective in daily situations.
Or else I would have been a nervous wreck by now.
I know some poor souls are at work.
It's terrible.
And I am still working at this approach each time it comes.
