A negative vote or voter.

interj.
Used to express strong refusal, doubt, or disbelief.

So now that we have that cleared up, Why do we get so confused with the meaning, is it Perhaps,

Maybe: Perhaps; possibly An uncertain reply: It's better to receive a fast and honest no than a drawn-out maybe.

Or, is it because we have the ability to tantalize and lead someone on questioning the actual sincerity of the word NO...?

Or, is it because we really mean Yes and then decide No, leading to a confused state of mind?

Or, Is it because we say Yes to intise then decide we have changed our mind, a bit too late?

No is Considered a No, this much is true. When is No considered to be a Misleading Yes, when in actuality is Really meant as a No? Is it possible that the Meaning of NO is actually a well thought out Ploy dedicated to the intent of deception, used only to Entrap and Lure what one might think is amicable, having found out there has been a Change of Heart or mindset? Has the meaning of NO, become what is commonly referred to as a Double Edged Sword?

No is No, or is It......
