I read in another blog that they were enjoying lots of sex and actually found they lose wieght. It is true. I was a personal trainer for a while and one of the projects I did while attend ASU was on caloric consumption with sex, and in fact most activities burn calories. I found some numbers that everyone might be interested in:
KISSING:
Kissing can burn around 120-325 calories an hour, or around 2-5 calories a minute. Engaging in long make-out sessions with your partner is not only good for your relationship; it is also good for your waistline. A 10 minute make-out session with your partner each morning and each evening could burn up to 100 calories a day. That's 36,500 calories a year, or just over 10 pounds worth of weight loss. When was the last time you made out with your partner?
UNDRESSING:
According to an Italian professor, even undressing can burn off calories. Unclasping a bra with two hands burns 8 calories, while unclasping it with only one hand burns up 18 calories. Unclasping it with your mouth can burn 87 calories.
ORAL SEX:
15 minutes of oral sex can burn off the calories consumed in a long sip of wine. There are calories present in semen, though, so if you swallow, there are around 7 calories in a teaspoon of semen. Since the average volume of ejaculation is 1-2 teaspoons, you can expect an average of 7-14 calories per ejaculation. That will easily be burned off during the course of your lovemaking, though.
MASTURBATION:
You don't have to have a partner to enjoy the calorie-burning effects of sex. Masturbation can burn up the calories, as well. You can lose between 100-150 calories for each act of masturbation, according to the Young People's Reproductive and Sexual Health & Rights Organization. You can raise that amount to around 300 calories, though, through a 5 minute vigorous masturbation session, according to Japanese scientist Dr. Shukan Tokuho.
INTERCOURSE:
The "average" lovemaking session burns between 50 and 100 calories. Having sex 3 times a week burns 7500 calories per year. That's the equivalent of jogging 75 miles. The more intense the sex, the more calories are burned: up to 15,000 calories annually (at a frequency of three times weekly). 15,000 calories equals over 4 pounds of weight loss per year, just from having sex three times a week.
ORGASM:
Experts estimate that an orgasm can burn between 60-100 calories. Losing weight has never been so much fun!
So go for it! Beats running!!!!

Wine choices

I like wine, and that is about the level of my expertise. I say that is good enough and people should drink what tastes good to them. Much of what tastes good will change depending on what is being served food wise, but as far as after dinner, after work, or casual sipping, the grape juice needs to stand on its own.
I have gone between all the blends and pures and I am back to good ol' Cabernet right now. I found one that I particularly like and that is Ravenswood Cabernet Sauvignon Sonoma 2002. We have found less and less of the 2002 and still like the 2003.
Let me say price is a big thing for me. While I have paid good money for good wine I like to find "bargain" wines, and the Ravenswood is unbeatable right now at just $8-12 per bottle.
I don't do the whole colorful bouquet, with hints of nutmeg and oak, blah, blah. To me it is, how palatable is it? Too acidic? After taste? Full flavor or watery? Just simple things. After a couple glasses who cares anyway.
Sooooo, if you like reds give it a try and let me know what you think. Also would love to hear any recommendations others have in the range.

I was working on the roll-out of Podcasting and Vblogs for the campus I work at. While sitting there finding instructional application for the medium my mind started wandering (as it often does) and I found my self thing about erotica and porn (again, as it very often does.) The question came up in my mind, what could we call it to differntiate porn Podcasting for other forms. So a few sectional phrases came to mind:
Men showing the dick could be Pudcasting
Women showing their pussy could be Cuntcasting
A man going down on a woman could be Toungecasting
A woman going down on a man could be Knobcasting
An angry person not wanting anyone to listen or watch what they were doing could be sodcasting ( Then again, anal sex could be sodcasting as well.)
Bah...the mind wobbles.  LOL!

Just in from moving a big truck load of stuff from up North down to Surprise. Bad part is only me and one other person were there to get it all loaded and unloaded. With that, I was going to try and come up with some witty banter for my blog, but I am at a loss for anything of the like. So I plead the fifth for fear my incoherent words tonight might incriminate my writing skills more than my normal short attention span and grammatical hacking.
The only good news is I am having a three way tonight! Me, myself and I are going to be in bed together within a few hours...

So the title of my little corner of the world on AdultFriendFinder is called "Uncorrect English and Ramblings". It must have been a poor attemp at humor on my part because I received an email letting me know the proper term would be "incorrect" not "uncorrect". Okay, I thought it was a neat play on words, and I was making fun of what sometimes turns out to be bad grammer and spelling on my part (many times just typos from trying to type with one hand on the keyboard  ). However, I thought that would be a kind of tounge-in-check title. I will work harder at my jokes.

I came to AdultFriendFinder to see what was happening around where I live, to chat with folks, and of course to perv like so many of us do. There is a lot to see and do here and an endless number of people willing to help work out anyone kinks. Just good clean fun.

There it is. Simple as can be. Under the raging hormones is a need to connect with the objects we desire. Something more. People here post it like mad in their descriptions and look for it by reading between the lines of others profiles. Something that makes the physical attraction go even deeper and really excite us, creating that true yearning to be with someone. Creating a spark.
To that end, here I am blogging. Yeah, I won't bullshit like some folks and say I get Playboy for the articles. I am in it for the hot pictures! But after that first impression, the first thumbing through, something written between those pictures always catches my eye, and that is why I am here.
