I just remembered I have to dig up all my papers proving I have an income and a bank account, etc. for when I visit the new morgage lender.

I haven't thrown anything out, but I didn't put it all in one place either.

As it was with my prequalification the last time, there is no way of knowing how many different loans I can actually qualify for because I have a pretty crappy debt/income ratio.

I already wasted about $10 on scratch-off tickets this week trying to win me some house-buying cash. Of course I didn't even win a buck.

LOL you got a better chance of being hit by lightening and sucked into a black hole all in one day then winning the lottery especially in this state. Save your money hun and I am telling you those ones add up after a few months. Good luck with the loan. Hugs, Jazz

I've actually won $ on scratch-offs before, but it never seems to work when I buy tickets out of desperation.

I play the lottery once a week. I know that seems silly. I have won $2, $7 here and there.
I do dream that big break will come. Who am I kidding!!!
I learned a long time ago when I started paying bills, to save what I can as far as paperwork goes.
I do have a lousy debt/income ratio as well. I am slowly painfully fixing it.
Good Luck!

Thanks, I think it's one of those deals where having to find a place to live sooner rather than later is just going to cost me a little more since they'll consider me a higher risk or whatnot

Bah I have no credit never have...good and bad really keeps me out of trouble also limits my ability to get out of this city . A long time ago I used to work doing lotto...I'll never play again

I can only imagine the lotto job. It seems like the only time I ever win is when I buy a ticket for the hell of it and I actually have a little bit of money. SO you can guess it almost never happens.

Credit is a load of shit. I think my credit score just proves that I am too broke to purchase anything outright and have been borrowing constantly since my first school loan.
