Pulling Teeth

Damn, it has been a long time since I hollered at you folks. Part of that is because I was gearing up for the LSATs, part of it was that my computer was in the shop getting a new wi-fi card and additional upgrades, and part of it was that, with the exception of twistedwhore, I don't give a damn about any one of you ugly, ass faced non-humans. But I digress.
Earlier today I had my wisdom teeth pulled. A few observations from the procedure:
1. I'm a cool motherfucker. I was hooked up to a heart rate monitor to make sure I didn't die from the anaesthesia, and I had a heart rate of 60 BPM and a blood pressure reading of 122/72. I asked the doc if that was normal and he said "Actually it's not. Most people are really nervous and their heart rates and blood pressure jump a whole bunch. You look like you're already sedated."
2. My teeth are shaped weird. So weird, in fact, that the docs had to cut my gums in some gnarly ways to get 'em out, which means that even now, four hours after the surgery, I'm still bleeding.
3. Drugs are fun. Seriously, when they administered the meds to sedate me, it easily the most relaxed I've ever been. I don't remember shit about the procedure, and they jammed something like eight needles of novocaine into my gums. I still can't feel my face, but in a good way.
