sick and tired

i am so sick and tired of being judged and played by people, what is it with everyone, is there any one in the world who can take someone for who they are. no games just be happy to be with someone for who they are. treat others the way they expect to be treated, with honesty and kindness and no judgements made. for fucks sake what is wrong with the world and the people in it????? are we all so consumed with boredom and self centered attitudes that we have to be so bloody cruel to those around us????
sick and tired of being sucked in to thinking i know someone and then find out they are someone completly different, fed up with being treated like a fucking door mat. sorry about the language, but so pissed off today i could scream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So sorry you feel that way. People can be and generally are very self-absorbed. Screaming can help. I always tend to think the best of people and have finally come to the conclusion that is not the most prudent approach. I sincerely hope things get better for you. The easiest thing in the world to be is an a**h*l*, harder to be one who is not. Chin up kiddo.

Because we'd rather be opinionated than agreeable. Don't you watch Oprah?

The manipulators will always find door mats to walk all over. I guess we have to learn to have a healthy balance of give and take. We should be able to dish it out when appropriate and let it go when we know it's a matter of futility. For most of us, that epiphany comes with age. Luckily, I was able to grasp that concept years ago. I guess it's because I'm too serious for someone my age. Unfortunately, the whole world is leaning more towards "me me me" right now instead of realizing that it's about us as a whole and where each of us fits in.
