Fun In Cyberspace

One of the AdultFriendFinder members made the following comment in reponse to this blog...

"One of the things I like about this site is that it is OK to admit that I like sex. I get tired of social situations where I make a comment that really isn't all that risque and I'm met with stares and silence like I just said something racist.[blog OhBaby199]

Exactly right on!

I'm actually coming to the conclusion that while it would be neat to meet a live woman via this site, this site is performing a very useful purpose in allowing all of us to think out loud about our sexual sides. And finding out there are lots of other people with the same need.

One thing that has really struck me in reading a lot of the blogs is how really well written they are...some have very sophisticated graphics... they are heartfelt and extremely high quality expressions.

I feel like I've made some really neat friends here in cyberspace...people I relate to and want to know better because they are really fabulous people...and we can all be real about our sexuality sides without feeling guilt or whatever..

Our sexuality and sensuality is a gift and we all should rejoice in that. Our society is sick. We are not.

Thanks AdultFriendFinder and thanks to all of you in blogland sharing your feelings and souls so well and re-enforcing each of us in our journeys.

I fnd it amusing when I ttell people I met my ex husband online or that I date online. I get those stares like I am racist as well. My mom hates it that I meet men online, but then I put it to her this way:

Do you chat online? (yes) Are you a freak? (no) So there can be some decent people online? (yes) Is it possible to meet a serial killer in the grocery store? (yes) What is the difference between meeting a man online versus picking him up in the grocery store? (insert whatever here) A man can lie in person just as easily as he can online, true? (yes) I figure at least this way I can get a grasp on his intelligent factor a little more and find similar interests. Wouldn't you want me to find someone like that? (yes) Then I get.. "But I still don't like it.." LOL.. moms..

that's what mom's are for...and there's a question floating around down here...when did you realize you had turned into your mom?

I didn't realize I had made so many grammatical errors and spelling errors.. I tried to delete my comment and repost, but I was not allowed.. Now I get to feel like an idiot. Perhaps I should not post where I can not edit..

Don't worry about it. The message is clear and a lot of us are keyboard challenged...has nothing to do with how smart we are--just more a sign that our fingers don't sometimes work perfectly with our minds....
plus...not having an edit function sort of makes it more real... the way...has anyone figure out how to delete their own magazine articles?
