Accept No Substitute

I admit it. There are things that I will not substitute when I shop at the grocery store. Regardless of the price.

Heinz Ketchup
Hellmann's Light Mayo
Bounce Dryer Sheets -Sun Fresh Scent
Dunkin' Donuts Coffee -Unflavored
Tetley British Blend Tea
Coffee Mate Creamer -Original Flavor
Crest Toothpaste -Orange Flavor
S.O.S Brillo Pads

Why? Because I have tried others brands that are cheaper and I didn't like them. Doesn't make much sense to save a few dollars and then hate the taste or the smell of the product. As a result, the product goes unused and goes to waste. Therefore, you have saved nothing.

What do you spend a few extra dollars on that brings you a small comfort?

I totally agree! There are a few things that I don't mind generic...but some things you just cant substitute for.

Heinz Ketchup.....definitly!
Diet generic soda
Bounce Dryer sheets.....original scent
Sunlight Dish Washing Liquid
Kraft American Cheese

And don't even get me started on the make up!

Heinz Ketchup.....YES. Everything else just tastes gross.

I also like Land O Lakes Cheese. When I stopped to think about it....I really could have gone on and on...

Same here on the make-up.

Yes, there are some hair products such as my hair brush that I couldn't live without. Prior to finding my current hair brush...I used to break combs and brushes in my hair at least once a week!!
And YES, baby!!! I just love my BIG SEXY HAIR..!!!

Part is what you are raised on and the other half is personal taste.
