Pit Stop...

I just wanted to post a few thoughts. The previous two posts were both unique in my vast three week experience as a blogger. I have been roaming through the vast number of blogs, and I am amazed at all that I have seen. I only hoped that my friends and acquaintances would stop by from time to time. I am both stunned and amazed that others have taken the time to read and comment on my posts. I thank all who view and comment.

The post about the party was the toughest thing I have written so far. Once I got into it, I found how difficult it would be. I had to limit my entries to less than I had hoped. It is very hard to describe a living breathing person. In one paragraph no less. I should write a follow up but not right away. It takes too much energy.

Here is the update on my promise list from “Lists…”:

• Renew membership at the gym done - "
• Update business Web Site - in progress
• Create new Marketing materials - planning
• Keep my first promise ‒ Done… one day late
• Keep my second promise - done
• Update computer systems - in progress
• Start bicycling again ‒ tomorrow Sept 4th
• Change eating habits - started
• Set up “plan B” income - week of Aug 28 and added plan C
• Rebuild #1 clients back office systems - proposal stage
• Get the truck fixed - incrementally when funds permit
• Limit entry into Chat Room - done
• Turn off profile on AF F ‒ done I reversed that after I started getting blog visitors
• Keep writing in my Blog - obviously done

I wrote a sequel to my first fictional piece “Sequences of Attraction”. I have always wanted to write episodically. I thought this one out before I wrote it. I really liked the second to last paragraph. I imagined it visually and added the words later.

I am starting my first bike ride tomorrow. About 4 miles to get started. I am going to hit the gym and work the lower body. To help get the biking up to speed fast. I have a deadline, and my first goal. October 7th, to be back in regular workout shape. A little over 4 weeks. Regular shape is: 4-5 days with weights and 75 miles per week.

Enough said, time to carry on!

Go Bro Go if you have goals you cant fail failure to plan is only if you plan to fail... I beleive in you so does your freinds..keep up the steady pace just be you your light is shining brighter then you ever thought...Rave
