What a surprise

Now that I have released myself from my no-bitching until after the holidays pledge, I can get something out of my system. Didn't take long, I know.

The so-called "war on Christmas". What a crock of shit. Who fuckin' cares what people call this time of year. Merry Christmas, happy holidays, what is the big deal? If their outrage was real they would be upset about the commercialization of Christmas, not stores slighting their beloveds birthday with "Happy Holiday" signs.

This was nothing but an excuse for Bill O'Reilly and his cohorts at FoxNews to try to push their pro-Christianity views on us again.

I almost feel like it was directed at me personally. Like they know just how much organized religion pisses me off. Damn I hate people who can't keep their religious views to themselves. FoxNews is nothing more than a propaganda machine for God and their beloved republican party. But yet, I can't stop watching. I actually love it. While being complete jackasses, their entertainment value is very high. Some of the best comedy on television.

Just a thought or two about organized religion from my point of view.

1. Christmas is a religious holiday.
2. Sunday is a religious day.
3. The courts say no religion in our government. i.e. ten commandments

So why the hell don't we get mail on sunday, Christmas,Easter. There can be NO RELIGION IN GOVERNMENT SO NO GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE SHOULD HAVE THE DAY OFF!!! Including post office, congress, state offices should be open too, after all it was congress that declared these days as religious days.

BTW I am neither a Republican nor Democrat and I think Fox News is still better than that crap station CNN. Oh how I miss the old CBS with Walter C.

FoxNews is awfull, Idon't know how you could watch it for anything other than comedic reasons. That being said, CNN, MSNBC, they all are pretty bad, but atleast they don't employ Sean Hannity.
