Standups

Hey there..so what is with the people that seem to always stand others up...We travel to meet and then no show..UURRRGGG that drives us crazy and I know that it happens to more people than we wish to know about..It happens all the time..We all set up meets, go there, spend the money ..and then WHAM..left hangin....no email..no phone call..nothin to explain why...Yes we admit we have had to cancel on a few 'dates' but we always call or email to say 'hey we cannot make it'...Is that too much to ask??? No we do not think so.....Anyway..done ranting now...chat later all.....

I dont know what it is with people that do that either. Everytime I do travel to meet someone, and I have just returned to this site an absense, whether it be for fun times or just a date...that is a concern that weighs heavily on my mind as well. I dont know why some people dont even have the common courtesy to let others know if they have to cancel. It really makes it rough on everyone else, such as yourselves, that do think of the other party.

Some people are pretty inconsiderate. Never fun when that happens. Maybe the next time someone cancels they will call or something. Best of luck.

I think the problem is that 'Common' courtesy (Like 'Common' sense) just isn't as common as it used to be. I'd love to blame MTV (lol) but I don't think it's true. Though truthfully, whenever something like that happens I really want to call up their parents and rant at them for a while.

People suck. And rarely in a good way.
