baby steps..

That's definitely how I have to take this online meeting people thing, because it's just too scarey anymore you don't for sure know who 's who or whats what, and I guess I grew up the old fashioned way, you meet a person face to face and then go out.
I am learning thats easier said than done, with my work schedule and my kids, and we have limited recreation here in this thriving metropolis who has the time or inclination, besides I have lived in this valley so long I went to school with half the male population and not to take anything personally guys, I didn't want to date you in high school and still don't I have run across some of the guys from high school over the years and they haven't changed look wise and personality wise, on the other hand a credit to you guys is the fact most of the guys out there don't want to date me, I am "one of the guys" I hear that so much I have to check myself every so often in the bathroom just to make sure I have my own equipment. I have always hung out with guys, I avoid women as friends at any cost. I have female friends but they are not as close as my male friends. I hate shopping, and I could give a shit less whos screwing who and whos doing it upside down. I love fishing, I love the outdoors, I LOVE trucks, I drove a semi for years. I loved it, I didn't bother nobody and nobody bothered me. which brings me back to here, I am getting bored with my own company, I was married for 16 years to a wonderful man, we parted close friends and will remain that way. but I miss the hugs and someone besides myself to talk to, and it's time to get out and meet new people. So here's my first baby steps into the world as a single working mom...

Wow, it's said that i can relate to so much of that...damn. Don't have to check my junk (doesn't mean i don't...lol) and I do have women that are friends...they aren't as backstabbing and manipulative toward male friends. Anyway, you sound like someone I'd like to get to know. Hope to hear from you.
