Monster House

Sigh...I seriously dont know why I went to see a kids movie. I guess this one seemed funny from the previews. And honestly the only other movie that I was thinking on seeing was My super Ex-girlfriend but honestly...Ive had my fill of super heros for a I decided to see this movie. It is kind of a kids movie even though half the kids in the theater were SCREAMING when the house would start going crazy

Anyhoo...from an adults point of view there were some parts of it that were pretty funny and the animation was pretty good. The story I did like but I wont spoil it. I like weird stories what can I say. So even though I dont like Disney movies that much I did like this one. Is it worth seeing in theaters...well...if you have little kids sure...otherwise eh..Id say wait and rent it...

HEY!! I took my girls to see it today too!!! It was better than most...enjoyed it. For me the biggest thrill was having Steve Buscemi do the voice of the old guy. I love trying to figure out who's doing the voices. I had most of them right on this one.

Purty good kid flick.

ps...didja go by yourself???

That's not one I need to see. It will not make my life complete, and since I have no kids, and my niece and two nephews are now in Washington state, there is no need for me to see it.

I am, however, gonna see Clerks II. My mom wants to see it, too.

Come into my realm! You aren't afraid...are you?

moonlight - despite it being a kids flick I did like it...going by myself...well...actaully...yes I did...

Nick - Im waiting a bit to see clerks 2...some of my buds want to see it and we are all going to see it together so all of us said we wouldnt see it until we all got together but I am looking forward to it hopefully soon.

krissy - Eight Below...havent seen it but Ive heard of it...Last animal type movie Ive seen was Two Brothers...which I liked because Im a Tiger fanatic. Even though it was a bit cheesy towards the end but still not a bad flick...if just to watch the tigers in action.

I wanna see this movie! Unfortunately, my kid is only 4, and I'm afraid it'll freak him out. I'll wait until it's on video, just in case.

We did see Cars twice, though.

I'm still stuck on The Incredibles. LOVED that movie! Just watched it again on the DVD we own last night. Square & I actually saw that one together in the theatre. It's a truely great movie.
