I started this blog just for the heck of it. If you have a problem with my grammer...keep it to yourself

~I have not met one lady at all in the period of time that I have used this site, oh well. lol

~I go to the gym atleast 5 days a week, 3 hrs a day. There is no scientific fact that "overtraining" can happen.

~After back day and leg day, i tend to get depressed. Today was leg day and it really kicked my ass. Without pain there is no gain.

~Why is it that no matter what time in the day or morning, if there is a girl at the weight room, everyone flocks to the area where she is at to work out by her, doing ridiciolous sets of exercises that range from working out the back, triceps and shoulders?! The other day I went to the gym with my lil bro around 3am of the morning. This really hott chick arrives at 4:30 of the morning and starts doing her exercise by us in the dumbells. We were there first finishing up our biceps. Then after a minute, five middle age guys go to the dumbell area right beside her and start stretching, doing some jumping jacks and touching their toes and then they start shrugging 50lb dumbells right by her, she was right infront of the 5lb dumbell rack. I had a great laugh at those guys.

~Why is it that people tend to wear the same clothes everday to the gym?! Got'dammit, wash your clothes u dirty people! I've seen this hott girl wear the same damn grey sweatpants and yellow top for two weeks! She might have washed it once but I highly doubt that she washed it every nite for the next day! lol

I've been in the gym business and have been on this planet twice as long as you have. The area of Impression management leds you the conclussion that a large # of male are stupid and their actions and behavor druin it for good, civilized, males like yourself. Its crazy that they don;t see how retarted they appear to others. Second, people put their gym cloths in their gym bag after they work out and put thier bags in the back seat of the car, and then bring it back out only when they return to the gym. Some people don't look at the gym as a social club, only as a "den of hell" they go to to exercise and to loose weight. You however see the total picture. Also, you need to change your work out: chest,shoulders,triceps}-legs,abs,}-back,biceps}. Three days on/ one day off, theory is to work Pushing muscles together/ Pulling muscles together, Legs{big muscles} by themselves with Abs, good luck. I usually mind my own business on the A.F.F., but decided to comment. Keep using your head and you will be fine!! Ok.- Matt

~It doesn't matter how long you have been in the "gym business" or how old you are compared to me. If you have been in it for so long you should have some damn good progress.

~No where did I post my workout schedule on here, so I don't know where do you see any way for me to improve my schedule! Trust me Matt, I know what I'm doing and what I need to improve on. lol

~I don't go to the gym as a social club yet I do have good hygiene. If you leave sweaty clothes in the back seat of the car throughout the whole day, especially in Houston, Texas, The clothes are going to smell like crap.

Wearing the same clothes to the gym day in and day out is like wearing the same condom when you have sex, it is just bad.
