I've been changing my sexual orientation around quite a bit. Needless to say I'm sorta in a confused state. In a way I consider myself very straight....always had a girlfriend; always checking out the cute girls. But there's definitely a lingering curiosity towards my own sex and transsexuals.

The other day I was sitting here looking a little bit at AdultFriendFinder, and this girl I happen to know starts chatting with me. Nothing sexual, just random chit chat. We talk about meeting up at some point later that week; not that we made an actual appointment; only considerations.

I do not condone this and frankly I don't quite understand it (unless the regular partner is in on it). But I have to accept that these are the 'rules' of this particular website.

Now that I'm seeing someone half a world away I've been forced to take care of business myself. Despite a few sour comments to my last posting, I still feel like this website offers a clean alternative to the more physical approaches that might be exercised by other guys with girlfriends and wives.

yeah, so I have been on the search for a cute girlfriend in the last while. And I think I found her.......I mean, she's obviously cute, but time will tell if she's the right one. It's one thing to meet and share good times together. A totally different thing is to make things work in the long run.
She lives far from here but I have high hopes that she will make her way to NYC. Despite the distance we have been able to maintain a fiery relationship. In a sense I have become a believer that the separation eventually can make the relationship stronger. See, we can't touch, feel, and smell each other; only talk.....

....weeding through al those fake profiles to find someone real on this site. Why do people think that they can post pictures of a random photo model and pretend to be this person?
I understand that we live in a world of superficiality where looks mean a lot and personality is sometimes frowned upon. But if you are here to hook up and meet someone, it might be a better idea to post real pictures.....of you......however you look!
I don't pretend to have a special gift on this matter, but it's pretty obvious to me when a picture is taken by a professional photographer with a great a camera, and the eye for a nice shot; as opposed to you or me with our 8 megapixel Canon.....
The other category is obviously those who steal photos from other peoples profiles (or random amateur porn websites) to beef their own profile with. This is obviously a much tougher one to detect. All I can say to those people is: buuuuuuuuuuuuh and shame on you!
My plea to those who might read this is to dare to post pictures of yourself........with all your faults, belly fat, and dimples! None of us are perfect so we might as well try to celebrate our differences instead of succumbing to the lofty ideals that internet porn has brought about. A few things on my mind......
First off: why is it so damn hard to get past that initial few emails and to the point where we might actually meet up? Almost like people regret their initial contact with one another.
