Hard and Expensive to Reduce Weight: I lose and gain weight!

Woman's body is an art because it has a bundle of curves. Whether chubby or skinny, women can be curvaceous, voluptuous, luscious and delicious. During the old times, Marilyn Monroe, though she was size 16, she was regarded as a sexy figure.

But now in the modern times, it's different. While restaurants offer yummy high calorie fattening foods there are lots of promotions to slim down and shape up. That we can reduce weight from 10 to 20 lbs in a month. To reduce weight is to feel light, sexy and pretty, according to some commercials.

When I was in my 20's it's easy to eat anything I want then I can easily reduce weight when I want it. Now at 40, my metabolism slows down. I tried almost all reducing pills, slimming chocolates, slimming tea, slimming coffee, weight lost exercisers, waistbelt fat reduction, etc. I lose and gain weight. Either I wear size 7 or size 16. Sometimes my clothes is size 5 then it becomes size 11. It depends on my diet and exercise.

I remember when I went to USA, I tried some stuffs to help me be back in my slender figure. But I experienced having stomach trouble, dizziness, feeling sick and some headaches. The waistbelt fat reducing which cost me USD$60.00 hurt my skin and gave rashes to my stomach. The pills weakened my heart and it cost me USD$1,000.00 in the emergency room. It's expensive to lose weight?

Anyway, I heard it from a white woman saying: "You're not fat, you're in the wrong country!" Then some Asians in California told me I was chubby but sexy. Some Caucasians said, I was not really fat as I was only voluptuous with curvaceous body. Back here in the Philipines, I'm fat with slim, slender, skinny Filipinas around me.

Hmmm....I think I'll be back in the USA again and feel curvy sexy though not skinny. I believe that sexiness is not just physical. It can be intellectual. The way you talk, the way you express your thoughts. It can be in gestures too by the way you move. Sexiness can radiate within from the expression of your eyes, lips....whatever.

Being large or small is irrelevant, it is more about being healthy, in both body & mind! Be less concerned with what others think of you because in the end it is how you see yourself that is important. If you are confident and self assured you will project that image and attract people to you. If you are not confident and dont like your own image because it does not conform with what others believe then you will reflect that in your own life. The people you will attract are those wishing to take advantage of your lack of esteem.

You're not fat, in fact your quite sexy, don't compare yourself to others, just be comfortable with yourself and who you are. If inwardly you feel bad about the way you look, you may need to shed a pound or two, but don't use pills or other items, just go on a low calorie low carb diet and give your self a little time. weight management is a lifelong fight for many people including myself, but don't give in to the hype and just be who you are. Remember, there are people who will love you no matter what.
Thanks for the advice. You're so openminded and non judgemental. Thank you.
